I started training at the age of 13, and I’ve now been in the gym for 12 years. During this time, I have never taken a break longer than one week. I’ve been actively competing for the past six years. In November 2024, in Barcelona (Santa Susanna), I won the World Championship, becoming the Absolute Junior Bodybuilding Champion. I also placed third in the Senior Bodybuilding category up to 85 kg and earned a bronze medal in the Senior Classic Physique category.

In addition to the one gold and two bronze medals I earned at the World Championship, I am a four-time prize winner at the Georgian Championships, including two victories in my category. Alongside this, I have been working as a coach for seven years, during which I’ve gained extensive experience with a wide variety of students — an important part of my professional development.
