I began training at the age of 14 and continued consistently until I turned 18. After a two-year break, I resumed my athletic journey at 20, and in total, I have now been training actively for 7 years. During this time, I have earned three silver and two bronze medals, and in 2023 I won the IFBB Georgian Championship in the amateur category.

I started my career as a personal trainer in 2022, and I’ve now been successfully working in this field for three years.
