ვარჯიში 14 წლის ასაკში დავიწყე და შეუჩერებლად ვაგრძელებდი 18 წლამდე. ორწლიანი პაუზის შემდეგ, 20 წლიდან კვლავ განვაგრძე სპორტული საქმიანობა და ჯამში უკვე 7 წელია აქტიურად ვვარჯიშობ. ამ პერიოდში მოვიპოვე სამი ვერცხლისა და ორი ბრინჯაოს მედალი, ხოლო 2023 წელს გავიმარჯვე IFBB საქართველოს ჩემპიონატში მოყვარულთა კატეგორიაში.

2022 წლიდან პერსონალური მწვრთნელის კარიერას დავუდე საფუძველი და უკვე მესამე წელია წარმატებით ვმუშაობ ამ სფეროში.

I believe that a determined person can overcome any challenge and achieve success.

I started training at the age of 14 and continued consistently until I was 18. After a two-year break, I returned to sports at 20, and in total, I have now been training actively for 7 years. During this time, I have won three silver and two bronze medals, and in 2023 I became the winner of the IFBB Georgian Championship in the amateur category.

In 2022, I decided to share my experience with others and began my career as a personal trainer. For the past three years, I have been working successfully in this field.
